  1. Service Availability

Our website and services are intended solely for individuals, businesses, and companies located in Singapore (the “Serviced Country”).
We do not accept or process orders from customers outside Singapore.

  1. Eligibility

By placing an order through our website or by telephone, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; and
  • You are a resident of Singapore.
  1. Orders and Contract Formation

4.1 Upon placing an online order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This acknowledgement does not constitute full acceptance.

4.2 Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, and a binding contract is deemed formed upon our acceptance of payment. The contract will be completed when the products are delivered to you.

4.3 All orders are subject to product availability. In the event an item is unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative subject to your verbal or written approval. If no alternative is acceptable, you may cancel the order and receive a refund for any amount paid.

4.4 Orders placed online are generally fulfilled within three
(3) business days, unless otherwise stated. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

4.5 Full payment must be made at the time of checkout using the payment method selected.

4.6 Due to manufacturing limitations, products may vary slightly between batches.
Eligible products may be returned within two (2) days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and not pre-order items.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We accept no responsibility for the content, quality, or products offered by such third parties.

  1. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Product prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change. While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occasionally occur.

6.2 If a pricing error is identified:

  • Where the correct price is lower, we will charge the lower amount; or
  • Where the correct price is higher, we may, at our discretion, honour the displayed price, contact you for further instructions, or cancel the order and notify you accordingly.

6.3 We are under no obligation to supply products at an incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been issued.

6.4 Discount coupons:

  • Are valid for single use only;
  • Cannot be combined with other promotions or coupons; and
  • Must be redeemed before expiry.
  1. Refunds and Returns

7.1 Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. Subject to compliance with our return conditions:

  • Defective items may be replaced; or
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

7.2 Returns due to defects or within the two (2) day cooling-off period will be refunded in full, excluding delivery charges.

7.3 Any discrepancy in product quantity must be reported within two (2) days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

7.4 Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

  1. Limitation of Responsibility

8.1 We warrant that products sold through our website are of satisfactory quality.

8.2 Our total liability in respect of any product shall be limited to the purchase price paid for that product.

8.3 Product warranties, where applicable, are provided by the respective brand owners or manufacturers.

8.4 If delivery is unsuccessful during the selected time slot, we will hold the product for up to twenty-four (24) hours. Should the product remain uncollected after this period, no refund will be provided. Customers are required to notify us promptly of any changes to delivery details. Amendments requested after order submission may be subject to an administrative fee of S$15.

8.5 Product images, descriptions, and samples are provided for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

8.6 Where delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related reasons:

  • Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer;
  • The goods shall be deemed delivered; and
  • Storage and related costs may be charged to the customer.
  1. Communications

All notices and communications will be sent to the email or postal address provided by you at the time of order placement.

  1. Events Beyond Our Control

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Industrial action or labour disputes
  • Natural disasters
  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • Transportation or communication failures
  • Governmental actions or regulatory changes

Our obligations will be suspended for the duration of such events, and we will use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.

  1. Waiver

Any failure by us to enforce a provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce such provision at a later time. Any waiver must be expressly provided in writing.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

  1. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time.
The version in effect at the time an order is placed shall apply, unless amendments are required by law or notified prior to dispatch.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
